Growing up, I've always had a passion for food and creating 'healthier alternatives' to my favourite dishes.
My personal health journey has been shaped by challenges like an autoimmune disease, gut issues, weight fluctuations, and hormonal imbalances. Over time, I discovered how much of an impact diet and lifestyle changes can have on feeling your best!
Through learning how to fuel my body with delicious, nourishing foods, the correct movement & understanding my unique needs, I've found balance in a way that works to make me feel my best both physically & mentally.
Becoming a coach is my way of sharing what I've learned & teaching others to create sustainable habits that last a lifetime too!

As a specialist in nutrition, I focus on helping busy women thrive. While working an intense corporate job in London, I trained as a hybrid athlete, balancing weights, running, yoga, and a social life.
I know how challenging it can be to juggle it all, and now I'm here to share the strategies that work!
